Philanthropy Do something that matters We meet a lot of women who are interested in making a difference. Maybe you’re one of them. After all, who doesn’t want to change the world for the better? And while there are a variety of service groups designed to meet people’s needs, it can be a challenge to get plugged in. So, plug in here. Service to others changes lives -- often times our own. It’s a significant part of the membership experience. It plays out on campus, in our hometowns and around the world through women like you. Here’s how it works: We encourage our members to support causes that are closest to the needs in their communities. So we provide leadership and empower their social entrepreneurship to do something that matters – right where they live. But is doesn’t end there. Sometimes our own members are the ones in need, so that’s why the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, a charitable 501(c)(3) organization, was created. Whether it’s a scholarship to help a young woman complete her education or an emergency grant in a time of crisis, we help Kappas when they need it most. In our communities and on a international scope, we roll up our sleeves and make a difference in the lives of others.
