Contact your chapter Registrar and ask her to check your information in KeyReports for errors.
This may indicate that your Adobe Flash Player is outdated or isn’t installed. Download and install the software from here. Restart your browser before trying again.
If your courses are not showing up, please contact Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters at kkghq@kkg.org.
This likely means that EME is undergoing maintenance. There should be a message on EME’s homepage to indicate when courses will be available again. If no message appears, please contact Kappa Headquarters at kkghq@kkg.org.
Check your internet connection by visiting another regularly visited website. If that site is slow as well, try resetting your modem/router or Wi-Fi adapter. If your internet is still slow, you may need to contact your internet service provider.
If only EME is slow, make sure your browser is up to date or switch to a different browser. Contact Kappa Headquarters at kkghq@kkg.org if this does not resolve the issue.
Be sure that you are checking their progress under “course reports” and not “member reports.”
Completing a course requires members to complete all sections, including the course survey and “rate this course!” (if applicable). Ensure they complete these sections as well and then check their progress.
Hover your cursor over the avatar icon in the upper left corner of EME’s homepage and click “picture” in the drop-down menu. Click “choose file” to upload your photo. Make sure you click “save” when finished.
To bookmark favorite pages, go to the page you want to save and click on the "Member Bookmark" icon. You will be given the option of renaming the page. Once your bookmarks have been added, they will appear on your "Welcome" page.
